Raluca Radulescu, MD

D0r. Radulescu completed a residency program in General Psychiatry at Bergen Regional Medical Center in Paramus, NJ, followed by a two year fellowship program in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center-Westchester Division. She is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Psychiatry, as well as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.  Dr. Radulescu has been in private practice in Northern New Jersey since 2004 and has also served as the Medical Director of the Adolescent Psychiatric Program at High Focus Centers in Paramus, NJ.  Following her training completion, Dr. Radulescu was on staff at Bergen Regional Medical Center, as an attending psychiatrist on the inpatient adolescent unit. She speaks English, French and Romanian.

Dr. Radulescu has broad experience in the treatment of children and adolescents with :

  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Oppositional Defiant Disorder
  • Behavioral problems
  • Anxiety
  • Mood Disorders , including Depression and Bipolar Disorder

Dr. Radulescu also treats adults with a similar array of psychiatric conditions. Services provided include initial diagnostic assessments and medication management.

 

Colleen Duffy, APN

Colleen has been practicing in the field of Child and Adolescent Mental Health over the past 20 years in various capacities in schools, hospitals and outpatient settings.  She has been working as an Advanced Practice Nurse for the past 8 years. She received her MSN from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and was certified as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Child and Adolescent Mental Health in 2009. Colleen is a board member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association NJ Chapter and member of the Society of Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurses.

Colleen has experience treating children and adolescents with various attention and disruptive behavior disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders and Autism spectrum disorders.  Her services include diagnostic assessments and medication management.

 

Virginia Abrey, LCSW

Ginny has completed her MSW at New York University’s School of Social Work. She has extensive experience working with both adolescents and adults in a variety of treatment settings.  As a therapist, Ginny strives to create a safe and supportive environment in which all patients feel empowered and challenged to reach their full potential.

In addition to private practice, Ginny currently provides individual, group and family therapy within a middle school milieu.

 

 

 

Jessica Peacock, LCSW

Jessica has completed her MSW at Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Service.  She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of treatment settings.  As a therapist, Jessica seeks to empower her patients.  Jessica’s approach assists in creating a safe, warm and welcoming environment to allow the individual to achieve health, wellbeing and identified goals.

Jessica’s approach to psychotherapy focuses on trauma informed treatment modalities, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and an eclectic mix to match the needs of the individuals with whom she works.

In addition to private practice, Jessica provides individual and group therapy to young adults in a college milieu.

 

Agnes Teper, LCSW

Agnes has completed her MSW at New York University’s School of Social Work. She is a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults and families in various outpatient private and community treatment settings.  She has experience working with patients undergoing life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and co-occurring substance abuse disorders.   A central goal of her work is to create a safe and therapeutic experience for her patients. She uses a blend of therapeutic modalities such as elements of cognitive behavior therapy, solution focused, family systems, choosing techniques that best match individual needs.   In addition to private practice, Agnes is an associate coordinator at High Focus Centers adolescent services where she provides direct clinical care to                                                                                adolescents and their families.

Chris Hellriegel, LCSW

Chris completed his MSW at New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. He has experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Chris seeks to utilize a warm, soft-spoken approach to help patients improve themselves. Chris enjoys helping patients better understand how their thoughts, feelings, and environment come together to shape experiences.

In addition to private practice Chris provides therapeutic services in middle school and high school settings.
