Virginia Abrey

Virginia Abrey (she/her) is a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York. A graduate of the NYU School of Social Work with 17 years of experience, Virginia employs an eclectic therapeutic approach. Drawing on modalities such as cognitive-behavioral, relational, solution-focused and psychodynamic, she tailors her methods to meet the unique needs of each individual. Virginia is committed to fostering a safe and nonjudgmental space where patients feel empowered to embark on their journey of healing, growing and thriving.
