Patient information

Please call the office to make an appointment. Dr. Radulescu is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We offer evening hours with our therapists for initial assessments, as well as individual and family psychotherapy. Our Advanced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner offers evening hours on Mondays and Tuesdays. In order to make your visit more productive, we ask that you download and fill out the New Patient Forms prior to your first visit.

What to expect at your first visit:

During a first appointment with Dr. Radulescu, she will ask about what difficulties you are experiencing and how they are affecting your life. She will want to know about any medical conditions you may have now or have had in the past. Many medical and psychiatric conditions may have a genetic component, so a family health history is important. Dr. Radulescu will also want to know about prior psychiatric treatment, and current psychiatric and non-psychiatric medications. Bring along a list of medications you are currently taking or have taken in the past, and any medical or other health records that you believe are important.

At the end of your visit, Dr. Radulescu may recommend laboratory tests, to rule out a medical reason for your condition. It may be suggested to you that you start psychotherapy and medication to help with your symptoms.

If you are in need of individual or family psychotherapy services, you will meet with one of our licensed professionals for an initial visit. You will work together towards creating the most appropriate treatment plan. Our office offers counseling to children, adolescents and adults, as well as family therapy.
